Ordering Policy
Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible; however in the event that we have sold out of an item we may be unable to fulfill your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you by email.
Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order ships.
Shipping
The Race Room offers FREE GROUND shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental United States. Actual shipping charges will apply to all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Please contact us for information about international shipping.
Most orders leave The Race Room in one to three business days. Of course some orders do take longer. If you need your order by a certain day, please call us at (888) 745-8151 prior to ordering.
If there is any delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by email.
Returns
At The Race Room your satisfaction is important to us. Any unused and unaltered item purchased from us may be returned for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 7 days of you receiving your order.
All returns MUST:

If you are going to be in the area, we can handle your return in person at our Route 3 location.
COD returns will not be accepted. Refunds will be issued to the credit card the purchase was made on. Exchanges will be refunded and re-billed to your credit card. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, the condition of returned merchandise.
